Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data of visitors to this website, and of people who contact us, is processed under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

What data does this website process?

This website has no accounts, no contact forms and uses no cookies. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may briefly process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information to keep the site secure and available. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.

When you contact us

When you write to us via WhatsApp, Instagram or email, your name, phone number or username and the content of your message are processed to answer your request and to prepare custom orders. This is based on Article 5(2)(c) KVKK (establishing or performing a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) KVKK (legitimate interest). These platforms are subject to their own privacy policies.

Purchases

Our products are sold and paid for through the Shopier platform. The name, address and contact details from orders placed on Shopier are processed to prepare and deliver your order (Article 5(2)(c)) and to meet our legal obligations (Article 5(2)(ç)). We never see or store your payment details; payments are subject to Shopier's own privacy policy.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with shipping companies to deliver your order and with public authorities where legally required. Our hosting provider and the messaging platforms may use servers located outside Turkey; any such transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 KVKK.

Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, request that third parties be notified of these actions, object to outcomes arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
